 Hello my David and I am a 51 year old/young(depending on the day) human, who is venturing out on a new path of sharing my metaphysical musings in this digital format.  I have been wanting to start this  blog for many years, but did not have the courage, the determination or will, to embark on it.

 

          The following is an extremely condensed version of my life journey and fascination of observing and engaging with others and the world at large. While following my interests and continually seeking to understand and find truth in this world, I have arrived at this present moment, having uncovered one of the key tenants of truth... that we all come from the same source of power, though how we perceive this power and the stories that go with it, varies amongst us all.

The physical iteration of me started in 1970 when I was born...

     ...as I grew to the age of 7, like many young boys at that time, I started watching organized professional sports and did this fanatically till the age of 20, culminating on me being a sportscaster on my university radio station. I did not pursue this path after school and in my 20's joined a rock band. I  co-managed the group for 5 years and then began playing with them for another 10 years. By the time I left, I had played many shows on different stages in 28 countries. It was an amazing experience as I was able to meet and converse with a diverse group of people along the way.

      I went back to school when I was 41 after leaving the band and became a holistic nutritionist. From that knowledge I developed a greater understanding of the human body and the power of food and our mind. I also learned at a deeper level, that how we feel, say and think about ourselves, affects our health and subsequently affects our relationship with others. 

​

Along the way I volunteered at a hospice which gave me the opportunity to engage and observe people close to death. At present I work with adults who have physical and mental disabilities. Working with these individuals has given me the insight to see people who have been marginalized because of their limited capacities, yet still find the joy in life.         

 

 I have been an entrepreneur through much of my working life with many of my ventures requiring me to knock on thousands of doors of peoples homes, along with thousands of calls to businesses. Through these experiences I have seen the many shades of the human being.

     Through meditation, movement, eating quality food, supportive friends and family and developing the sense to see the world through loving eyes, the world has become very inspirational to me. 

 

The potential for humanity is amazing, yet the challenges before us are immense. As anyone who has been on this planet for some time, there is much more to the story than what we see with our eyes and senses.

​

My intention through my observational writing is to engage and inspire you to use your beautiful power and share all the gifts that you have been accumulated along your path and remember that we are all collectively experiencing this epic journey called life.

​

 

        Everything we see has come from this mysterious beautiful creation.

We have been told and we know, that we can not take any of these material possessions with us when we die.  

Life is sacred.

All things, including ourselves, comes to an end.

​

For the time we are here let us continually love and support our bodies, minds, spirits and our fellow cosmic human travellers, as we move around on this planet and collectively make this human experience a beautiful time and place for all.
